About

Digitising documents makes it easier to save, protect, file and share them. Num-Archives can help you digitise your documents to simplify their management.

Presentation
Why digitise your documents ?

Digitisation of documents offers considerable advantages such as unlimited retention, protection against physical damage, ease of filing and retrieval, and the ability to easily share information with others.

How ?

Document scanning is a process that transforms physical documents into digital files. To scan documents, it is necessary to use a scanner. Scanners are electronic devices that scan images or text and convert them into computer files, usually in PDF, JPG or PNG format.

Who ?

By commissioning Num-Archives to digitise your documents, you can benefit from professional support and a turnkey service for saving, protecting and filing your documents. You can save time and money and be confident that your documents will be carefully and securely scanned. In addition, Num-Archives has the necessary equipment and skills to do this.

Where ?

Num-Archives operates on site, if a suitable location is made available for the duration of the intervention. There is also the possibility of retrieving documents for operation at Num-Archives' premises.

On which media ?

After your documents have been scanned, they will be sorted according to your criteria and checked before being delivered to the media of your choice in a secure and appropriate manner. These can be a server, a hard drive (internal or external), a USB key, or any other digital storage medium you prefer. At Num-Archives, we ensure that your files are delivered reliably and securely, using encrypted data transfer protocols where necessary, to give you complete peace of mind.

Additional services (Audio, Video, Photo)

Num-Archives also offers a digitisation service for audio and video tapes, vinyl discs, photos, etc. These media deteriorate over time and have a limited lifespan. Digitising them allows them to be preserved indefinitely, shared, and read on current devices (CD, DVD, Smartphone, Tablet, USB key, Server, Cloud, etc.). This service is also available to private individuals.

He returned to the technical field as a salesman in electronics, then IoT and IT. Throughout his career, a constant has been his advanced relationship with IT and different methodologies (industry, events, sales, ...).
Today, he puts his knowledge and know-how at the service of companies looking for a new digital organisation for their documents.
